Land and apartment developers selling now, Sydney first. Every email and phone number here was published by the developer, with the page it came from. Researched 12 October 2026.
Hi {first name, or "{Company} team"},
I'm Thomas from OneAxis in Sydney. We turn a developer's plans and price list into a live 3D project buyers explore on their phone, then tell your sales team which of those buyers are serious and what to say to each.
I saw {project} is {stage from the card}. Two things we can do for that release, at no cost to you:
• Put it live for buyers within 48 hours. Showing it is free, and your team signs off every fact before anyone sees it.
• A free Presale Health Check: send a price list and stock status, and within 48 hours you get demand against stock, pricing gaps and a settlement-risk checklist.
We're taking ten foundation developers this year, with prices locked for 24 months. Would 20 minutes next week suit to see it on a sample project?

Hi {first name},
A quick follow-up. The question most developers can't answer from their CRM is which of their enquiries are real buyers and which are just curious. That's what OneAxis shows, lot by lot, from what buyers actually do.
If it's easier, send the price list for {project} and we'll do the Presale Health Check first. No commitment, and you keep the report.
Thomas
Hi {first name},
I won't keep filling your inbox. If timing is the issue, tell me when your next release is and I'll come back a month before it.
If it's useful now, 20 minutes is all it takes to see whether it fits: oneaxis.live

"Hi, it's Thomas from OneAxis. I emailed {name} about {project}. Who looks after sales and marketing for that release?"
To the right person:
"We help developers see which buyers are serious before a release, not just how many enquiries came in. Buyers explore the project live on their phone, and your team gets a short list each morning of who's ready and who's drifting. Showing a project is free. Could I book 20 minutes with our founder, Thiru, to show you on a sample project?"
If they say "we already have 3D or a CRM":
"Good, keep them. We sit beside both and write what we learn back into your CRM. The difference is that we follow the buyer to settlement."
If they say "send me something":
"Of course. I'll send a two-page summary today. Is there a release coming up I should mention?"
Hi {first name}, I'm Thomas at OneAxis in Sydney. We help developers see which buyers are serious before each release. I saw {project}'s {stage}. Happy to connect.
Spam Act 2003: email only addresses the developer published for business enquiries (that's every address here), say who we are, and include the opt-out line. Anyone who says no is marked "Not now" or "Not a fit" and never emailed again.
Never claim what isn't true yet: no client names, no results, no "we bring buyers". Say "sample project" when showing the demo. Pricing is on the deck: free to show, then once per lot at release.
Plain words: no exclamation marks, no "revolutionary" or "seamless". Partners, not customers. Briefing, not report.
Before sending, check the card: if it has an orange note, read it first. Stage notes come from listings and news, so confirm the project is still selling.
